The Lobsterman - Homarus Americanus

As usual, every year mesti la ada special dinner treat from my husband..

This year, hubby tanya what type of food yang i rasa nak try sangat..well i said Lobster.. tanya sangat kan..hehehe kan dah kena..

Memang i tak penah makan pun lobster ni..so memang teringin la nak mencubanya..
Hubby pun did some googling around..dia kata jumpa dah satu kedai yang serve Lobster and got great reviews..
Tanya kat mana dia kata surprise.. :P

Malam tu pusing punya pusing masuk celah mana ntah..last2 sampai jugak.. 
Hmmm..kat SS2 rupanya..
Hubby bawak masuk dari celah mana ntah..SS2 pun I tak cam dah..
Tapi memang location ni agak secluded sikit..on the back row of SS2..mengadap housing area dah..bukan kat SS2 busy area tu..

Masa sampai kedai still kosong..around 7.45pm kot..hmmpph biar betul takda orang.. tak best ke?

Sekali masuk je 8.30pm, full house..
The interior is quite simple and memang nampak lama la..ala2 macam makan kat Colliseum..this place has been around since 90's tu..
Takpala..yang penting good food..

Ok, the way to order here, mula2 pilih berapa gram lobster yang kita nak, then pilih cooking style pulak..for us we opted for Taragon Baked Butter (French)..basically its lobster baked with butter..simple je sebab barula boleh enjoy rasa the sweet taste of fresh lobster..

Lepas dah order, diorang akan datang tunjuk the live lobster to kat kita..hehehe..kira2 salam terakhir la..
Oh ya..FYI..the lobster here are all fresh (dlm aquarium) and its of Homarus Americanus type (Atlantic lobster)..bukan yang Malaysian breed punya.
