Aduhai, lamanya kita bertiga tak hangout sekali...Ira baru dpt baby baru..so habis je pantang cepat-cepat makcik ni roger ajak nak lepak2..sangap dah duk rumah lama..Hehehe

Coincidently, September is my birthday..so ala-ala birthday treat gak la..
Mcm biasa tempat yg paling neutral, Bangsar. Area ni dok tengah2 dari kitorang. So fair and square..
Masalahnya sebab dah selalu sangat port kat Bangsar ni, dah buntu kedai mana nak try pulak.
Mula-mula Kathy suggest Eat Me..pastu google skit, kedai tu desserts je..ala..nak makan dinner..
Ok, then carik balik decided kita try KGB..I tak la berat sangat nak try, burger tak termasuk dalam senarai favourite food I. Tapi si Ira ni memang favourite dia.. Ok la, kasi can meraikan sempena lepas pantang..Huhuhu...

This burger bakar craze macam dah suam2 je skarang ..kalau dulu one after another orang bukak kedai burger.. So KGB ni antara yang dah lama gak..Kitorang je yg x pernah try lagi..food must be good sebab kedai bertahan lama..and they've just open up a new branch kat TTDI (restoran Mohsin lama).

Fries memang best, buat sdri punya ni..plus the herbs and dipping sauce memang ngam..

Bella Bomb - grilled chicken, portobello mushroom, triple cheese, and special sauce

Bobcat - beef patty, jalapeno mayo, cheese, roasted green chilli

Chillis galore

Bash - grilled burger, beef bacon, cheese, caramelized onions and yang special, maple cornflakes..

Double portobello mushroom...nice...

Kegigihan Kathy nak ambil gambar, sampai burger pun kena operate..satu-satu di checknya..

Wah memang best burger-burger kat sini..Burger lovers out there..should give this joint a try..It goes second in my list of best burger joint, first would be Burger Lab.

Highly recommended especially my burger Bobcat tu, pedas...memenuhi citarasa.

Masa pergi pasar Tmn Tun nampak la kedai ni..hmm this is new.. LGB Tower, opposite pasar besar TTDI.
Google around, some say tempat ni inspired from In-N-Out burger chain dari US..
Wahh, my hubby dengar je In-N-Out Burger ni terus tergedik2 nak try out..
In-N-Out Burger ni memang famous kat US, but its only in California..dia penah try when he was there many moons ago (halal ke tidok??) heheheh..zaman jahiliyah lagi katanya..

But this one the owner guarantee all food are sourced from Halal supplier, and diorang tgh dapatkan Halal Jakim certification.

Harley's ni nak kata restaurant, tak jugak..it's more like a counter..dining area kat luar, macam ala2 piknik giteww..or boleh dine kat dalam, at the chinese halal restaurant. Its the same owner so takda hal..:)

Plan asal nak berbuka dgn Kathy and cousin hubby, Dada..but last minute dia tak boley join. Kebetulan pulak Yana pun berbuka luar pasal dia bawak anak buah kluar shopping raya..
Jadila 3 couple erat ni berbuka sekali.. heheeh
Since its in TTDI, I tapaukan la sekali kuih makcik lembap kat Perodua TTDI tu.( sapa follow my insta tau la citer makcik ni..heheeh).. Kuih seri muka and kuih talam..terbaik di pasaran..:)

Menu tak banyak sangat, simple and straight forward - either chicken burger, beef burger, vege burger or fried chicken. Pastu variation burger ada macam2 la, no cheese, double patty etc.

I tried beef burger and hubby 2x2 beef burger, 2x2 tu patty dia pun ada dua :)
Set menu comes with burger, drink and a side dish - either fries, coleslaw or potato salad.
Yana n Shah both had beef burger gak, Kathy je yg try chicken burger..tak tanya pulak sedap ke tidak..rasanya sedap la kot pasal takda complain..hehehe.

Beef patty sini they use premium grade beef, and unlike burger bakar..patty dia nipis skit tapi dimasak garing..so bila makan terasa la garing2 burger tu..agak menarik jugak. :)

Satu lagi yang WAJIB try is the spicy wings...ini paling terbaek...
Chicken wing digoreng garing & crunchy then dipped in sauce yang rasa masam, manis & pedas...

The Daily Grind - Gourmet Burgers

Yeahh....hangout with my manjer Kathy...hmmm lama giler dah tak chill dgn dia..So we need a good spot..

End up decide nak try out The Daily Grind at Bangsar Village..tempat ni famous for its gourmet burgers...hmm nama pun gourmet kan...so the beef patty is of course good quality with premium prices..

And what's more their desserts here are to die for...literally..memang terbaik..


The restaurant itself ada dua section, smoking & non smoking, so for smokers feel free to smoke at your section..
We all sampai pun just in time for lunch..memang perut lapar tak breakfast lagi...so lets dig in..

Something unique..hubby order this portobello burger..instead of pakai roti, dia ganti dengan portobello mushroom..and the beef...perfectly grilled, still moist kat dalam....it's kinda a healthy menu la..sebab comes with lot of veges - coleslaw, grilled veges, tomatoes & mushrooms..konon la...padahal nak melantak dessert pulak pas ni..

Me and lamb memang takleh dipisahkan, burger minat gitu2 je..nampak menu lamb ni je..confirm nak order..
Wow..rasa memang sedap..lamb dia lembut, sauce tak masam sangat & spaghetti cooked to perfection..
Buah zaitun je tak makan..rasa pelik semacam.. :(

The creme' de la creme'...yummylicious dessert...
Desserts sini memang harus cuba..so kalau kenyang share pun ok, tak pun skip main course terus..heheeh
My pick - waffles and pancake..quite heavy for a dessert, macam breakfast meal pulak..heeheh
The waffles is filled with cream, a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side with honey..best part cream tu tak manis sangat so tak la muak..waffles pun garing but still soft.

Second order, pancake...tengok je la dah tau sedap kan...pisang tu betul2 meningkatkan nikmat makan pancake..pastu layered with cream & peanut butter..sebab perut dah kenyang, so rasa peanut butter tu agak potong sikit la, rasa muak sikit..

Burgerlicious at My Burger Lab

Lately ni, bersepah pulak kedai2 burger especially burger bakar, lepas satu-satu kedai baru bukak..tak kuasa nak try sumer.. But this one is an exception..

Hubby la yg nak try sangat tempat ni, banyak review cakap burger diorang marvellous.. So decided to try a few months ago..memang terbaik la kan...

This time around, pegi dgn manjer-manjers pulak..baru fun.. the more the merrier..

Kedai ni kat Sea Park, so tak la jauh sangat dari rumah, lepas keja terus gerak. Sampai dalam 6.30 pm. Just nice..orang tak ramai lagi..pheww..

Ramai tu dalam konteks kedai ni, tak yah beratur lama sangat. Dalam kedai still lah penuh dengan orangnya. Kalau weekend, belum bukak pun orang dah beratur..masyuukkkkk..

Ni lah suasana kedai yang tak berapa ramai..

Queue pun just nice..tak panjang sangat

• Marvellous burger..the queue says it all..
• Lots of varieties, so kena datang selalu kalau nak try semua.
• Better come early to beat the crowd, shop opens at 5pm!!
• Fries dia pun sedap..along with its dipping sauce..a must try
• Just got to know, even Raja Muda Nazrin of Perak eats here..talk about royal treatment..
